Join us on Zoom for a two-session program teaching us simple flows that we can use to improve daily life.

Beo has been studying and working as a jin shin jyutsu practitioner for over two decades. Over these two sessions he will teach us basic theory of this art, provide self-help, hands-on experiences and practice in techniques that can help with chronic struggles and acute aches and pains.
